I found the location fine! the beautiful cove was a treat for the eyes. there were also two great pools. the hotel was generally quiet. i found the staff helpful. They were always ready to assist.

i noticed the gym was a bit compact. it could benefit from a small expansion.

The room had a comfortable king bed and a mini-fridge. the bathroom included two separate sinks. the room also had a rainfall shower. I found this particularly refreshing.

the breakfast was a letdown! it lacked variety, and the pancakes were often cold. the bacon was either undercooked or burnt. also, a 10% gratuity was automatically added to drinks and lunch bills, i found it annoying to have it removed. i expect better for the price.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights. the location has a great beach. the food on site was amazing! the staff helped us a lot. Zorow gave us tips on local walks and was very knowledgeable. i am grateful for an amazing stay, and i will be back in july.

the staff was very friendly, especially maria at breakfast. lorena by the pool was also super helpful. the front desk staff was also great, as they helped me with every request. there were plenty of staff around the pools.

I stayed here. The location near Cala San Miguel was fantastic. Direct beach access was provided with complimentary sunbeds. Check-in was efficient and all facilities were explained.

I stayed in the main building on the 7th floor. Noise from the bar and restaurant continued late at night and started early in the morning. The balcony doors were not soundproof. A half board was a disaster, because all meals were in one buffet.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I received a complimentary upgrade to a swim-up pool room because I am a diamond member. Live music by the pool added a nice ambiance each day. The beach is a short walk away. I found the hotel to be relaxing.

The music from surrounding hotels was occasionally loud during the day.

The hotel's location is ideal. It is not excessively crowded either within the hotel or the surrounding area. The hotel has perfect beach access. It took me only two minutes to go from my room to the beach.

Breakfast included an amazing choice and quality. I enjoyed fresh fruits, Cava, and fresh juices. I liked the very nice charcuterie board they have. I appreciated the option of freshly cooked mains. The restaurants offer fine variety.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Bellboys approached us with great kindness, I received clear directions to the beach club. It was very helpful! Agustina and Marta in the restaurant gave excellent and professional attention.

I stayed in a sea view room. It was a bit away from the main restaurant and pool, so quieter. The bed was comfy. The shower was good. The rooms feature high quality furnishings. The hotel provides clean towels always.
